Our story
The SommeSi consulting firm was born from a simple realization: to achieve performance goals and grow sustainably, a company must harmonize the trio of People, Tools, and Processes.
It all started with Quentin Poignant:
After spending a decade in the retail industry, holding Business and Finance roles in both France and the United States, and later working as an independent CFO for a communication agency, Quentin became convinced that having the right people in the right roles is a key factor in a company’s success… but it’s not enough!
“I realized that a digital revolution was underway and that we needed to seize these new opportunities…”
With this in mind, he envisioned a comprehensive offering to support business leaders through changes in tools, processes, and roles. This was the beginning of SommeSi!
At first, our expertise focused on the first two elements of the trio. Success quickly followed.
